Does not support folders sorting
I loved it, I could see what email I got without grabbing my phone or needing and extra hand, then an updated rolled out. Now it shows the icon and I need a 2nd hand to scroll and see who the email’s from, almost makes it not worth having on my watch.
The badges don’t work at all. Say I have 10 new emails show in badges in the morning. I open the app and view emails and the badge total clears. Then every time I get emails throughout the day those emails add to the 10 from the morning total and I could end up at 100 emails at the end of the day. I could have read all of those emails on my desktop and even deleted some and that total keeps adding up. I had a badge count of 500+ last week before they miraculously cleared! Now they are starting all over again. It’s ridiculous!
Please considering separating alerts for new mail from alerts for upcoming events. I reduce too many emails each day to have my Apple Watch or phone vibrate every time I receive an email. I do like to have that alert for a reminder of an upcoming meeting. Would be great if you could select which feature has an alert. Thanks Jeff
CONSTANT issues. And whenever there’s an issue the only fix is to delete and redownload the app, which involves calling my company help desk and getting a super long login keys and then resetting all the preferences in the app (like why ON EARTH are the fonts different on mobile???) I hate this app so so so so so so much.
Not a very well thought out app. The widget for Apple shows only 2 or 3 when there is tons of room to show more. Instead they give you blank space. Tasks are a separate app. This app gives you the bare minimum functionality.
The app has not synched since last 2 months. I don’t know whether I should uninstall it since I am losing mobility with this app. Very bad support.
Every couple of days I’m having to delete the app and reinstall the app because it locks up and won’t connect.

Constant glitched and lags. Opening my inbox can be a several-minute wait. See the email you’re looking for? Too bad, this app will snatch it away from the search results to show unrelated junk. Quite possibly a foreign attempt to cripple productivity in this country.
Just started using this at work. It’s fast and let’s me add shared calendars!
The only thing keeping this company afloat is the fact that major corporations are to cheap to find a better option! This app is such garbage I’m not even sure how their tech teams live with themselves. -5 stars!
Recently app has become unstable and slow. Frequently unable to load new messages or change folders.

I’ve been forced to use this for years now because of my company. It literally never works. I’ve had it on 5 different iPhones now, didn’t work on any of them. Countless versions, doesn’t work. Emails load MAYBE 50% of the time. App crashes constantly. This company deserves to be bankrupt.
Basic functions can be frustrating. I can forward meeting invites because the to field is obscured from view
Feature request to improve app functionality: Please build in a multiple signature feature that can be either based upon an internal or external recipient domain. When sending to external parties, I have to remove my mobile, private line, etc. Understanding it’s two different systems, but Outlook allows this. Please incorporate. Thanks.

Notifications stop working all the time, they come and go which is terrible. App blinks and closes itself.

I’m drafting or responding to an email and it freezes for about seven seconds then “catches up”. Or trying to scroll it’ll freeze as well. I do not experience this on any other apps that use the iOS keyboard. Other than that it allows me to stay connected to emails or join meetings when I’m running errands and should be in the office instead. *2022 update* after upgrading to iOS 15.4, can no longer call from the calendar. Prior, I’d be able to click the phone number with meeting code, get a prompt to call and then it would dial via the phone. No longer makes outbound calls. ***Oct 2022 update*** no longer connects or refreshes mail. App loads, freezes, and then crashes. I “upload logs” but no idea where they are or where they go.
The body of emails no longer load; the messages appear blank and you have to force close the app to fix the problem - but then you read one email and it happens again. Needs a fix ASAP.

As another user mentions, prior versions of the app permitted Calibri as a custom font. Please restore this functionality, as it allowed emails to essentially mirror Outlook.
Everything about this app is just terrible. 90% of the time it’s having some kind of issue. PLEASE FIX !!

The app seems to reset ever time you log out and back in again. Even with Face ID, I still have to enter all my login info and get a new access code. They can’t seem to get anything right. Every time there is an update, it messes everything up
I wish my company would find a different option. This application has a horrible interface. Worse, it constantly has issues with passwords and the only solution my company has is to uninstall the app and start over which takes much more work than a normal application since it’s through my employer.
Latest update deleted Calibri from the custom fonts. Odd decision given that that’s the default for Outlook… Definitely some glitches overall, but found the recent unexplained deletion of Calibri (while keeping fonts like Courier) quite upsetting.
These BlackBerry apps are a plague to modern devices. Slow, poor interface, randomly logging me out, unable to paste passwords and text gets wiped from fields if you switch to another app and back. Do corporate IT and end users everywhere a favor and discontinue these atrocious apps.
Regardless of whether I'm on LTE or high speed home wifi messages take forever to load. Just says updating or connecting but doesn't finish. Despite multiple updates to the app this issue has remained for a LONG time.

I’ve used this app with no problems for 2-3 months then overnight my notifications stopped working. I tried everything to get them back but nothing worked. I see that several people have had this issue, has this ever been resolved?? This app is unusable without proper notifications.
Support and product upgrades have deserted this product. Hope can dissuade my enterprise to not renew the license or get new license. AppStore reviews show the sad state of affairs
Been happening for a month now, idk if it was from an update but I’m definitely logged in and getting email notifications even with titles showing up but can’t actually open and read them, it just keeps asking me to login and spins forever and just errors out.
Pictures in email are too large and make it impossible to see text, no way to resize
Won’t retain passwords and constantly have to remove and reinstall the app just to get the passwords to work!
The app crashes repeatedly, on old phones and new. Completely unreliable. I have to delete the app and reinstall at least once a month. Doesn’t recognize faceid and I have to input my password every time I access the app.
It suddenly stops giving email notifications. Tried reinstalling and restarting the phone. Nope. Had to be on call on the time so this is not helpful.
Whoever developed this app and the management that approved it should be fired. Worst app ever. An 11 year old can develop a better app.
