Only a company rapidly going out of business would release a p.o.s. like this. Buggy, slow, downloads >1mb fail. Have spent HOURS with our IT support. Have deleted and reinstalled 10+ times across three different devices. All to no avail.
On top of that, am constantly asked to type in password instead of TouchID because "Good was restarted". No it wasnt!
Just throw in the towel guys and retire.
