Its no surprise this app has already been ruined. Why do you have 5 separate apps for web browsing, docs, instant messenger. Combine them all and get rid of that silly red button.

The app is constantly telling me my attempt to log in has failed and when I go through the settings process to get back on it fails to connect. The only time this works is when Im on my workplace wifi but what is the point when I need this to work while Im away from my workplace!!! Soon enough I expect to get my employer to drops this when Im unable to respond to any emails in a timely manner when working remotely.

Its awful. I dont know what the developers were thinking releasing it. Notification issues, login issues, sync issues, etc.

Emails take for ever to update and notifications show up on your home screen for old emails randomly (this is really annoying on a weekend when you keep thinking you have a email from your messages!)

At first I lived the password touch feature, but now the app asks me to reset my password constantly. Ive deleted it twice and reinstalled per my IT department but Im still having trouble. Looks like Blackberry really screwed this up.

This app is trash. It barely updates your inbox, requires another app to access web browsing, and takes forever to connect. The Touch ID is useless as you always need to enter your password if the app ever closes, and if its not closed it doesnt update. This is ridiculous.

Ive installed and removed and reinstalled this app, reset my phone twice and now its not notifying me at all for emails. FIX THIS!

Worthless unstable app how was this released? Not even stable enough for beta launch.

This app is very disappointing from start to finish. You have even figured out how to make the push email feature and badge alert less reliable and that has never been great.

Notifications seem to stop working once every week or two. So I have to completely reinstall the whole app.

This wouldnt be a bad app for interfacing with E-mail, dropbox, iCloud etc which are options it offers....except that the attachments saved to iCloud and Drop box never actually are saved there. Even worse, there are no print options whatsoever in the app which iOS recognizes. So for printing e-mails, attachments, pictures, documents etc. it is seless. You simply cannot print anything from an iphone or ipad with this app.....preposterous!! My company is forcing its employees to use this app to improve the security of their e-mail system,....without realizing they are depriving us all of the option to print ANYTHING required by our jobs. Ridiculous,......wake up developers!!

Doesnt even open. Just crashes. Blackberry should be ashamed.

Was hoping the latest update would have fixed this for the iPhone. Have to log in each day to get Notifications that I have mail, extremely dissatisfied

iPhone continually vibrates in random cases when notifying of meetings. Even with notifications off. Often times kills battery due to continuous vibration.

Esthetically very pleasing but missing some key things from old app: 1) Needs reminder time setting for appointments. This would be a good opportunity to add 2 of them like Calendar for iPhone has instead of 1 from the old Good App. 2) Needs ability to touch date in day calendar view to move to the next day.

Why add the thumbprint for a password but ask for the typed version 9 times out of 10?

At least once a week the app needs to be deleted and reactivated because it just randomly stops syncing. I guess this is what happens when blackberry buys you. If you can you should stay on good for enterprise. Its way more reliable.

This last version is not working. It asks the password and then it crashes

Missing features that were present in GOOD for Enterprise!!! 1. Cant flag emails as complete. 2. Cant reply to just the meeting owner of a meeting invite. 3. No longer able to see, search, or email using outlook email lists.

If you thought Good for Enterprise was bad, just wait until you install Good Work! This app is missing basic functionality and crashes constantly. It horrifies me to think that my employer is actually paying them for this "service".
