What an awesome update!

Thanks for supporting the iPad Pro fully, adding 3D Touch in the iPhone, and removing the 1 month limitation on email sync. Lots of improvements and all of them great. Please bring back list view for the calendar.

Terribly slow !!!

Extremely slow compared to Good for Enterprise. Emails take several minutes to load. Is there any update planned ?

30-day limitation is a major shortfall

For users who need access to all emails, including older emails, this app is of little use. Please allow users to subscribe to folders with unlimited history, then the app would be great!

Two steps forward 1.5 back

Overall Good Work is an improvement if for nothing else that Touch ID is supported by my IT. Emails and Notifications are now reliably timely. However the 30 restriction on past email is a major hindrance and the floating red Good circle is awful. It is never not in the way!

This company is garbage

How on earth is it that companies actually pay Good for their “product” or “service”. Updated to iOS 9.3 and now Good crashes upon opening. Really? How long has the beta for 9.3 been out? Several months? Couldn’t squash the bugs during that time? Really? Can someone please make a product that competes with this? It can’t be too hard to do something better that pure stinking garbage.

Keeps crashing

Since the latest update, my contacts are not syncing with my phone, the app keeps crashing if Im reading email for more then 10 mins, or writing a long email. Just role it back as this version is crap!!!

Dont waste your time

Constant crashing. This is the worst app these guys have put out. To echo another reviewer... Pure Garbage.

Crashes on launch

Impossible to use. Was able to install properly and worked only once. This version is broken.

Dont bother

App doesnt sync with contacts. Emails are undeliverable.

Meh.. Not great but not terrible

Reading the reviews I expected bad things. I dont think most of the issue are with the Good App but the server side of their email. Good receives most things before my computer client does.

Where do I start

This app is very unreliable. I am tasked with having to support it and implement it in an environment with over 10k users. Many users are not able to even get enrolled, much less use the app. Then the ones who do have the app complain about its constant crashing.Check all the logs and everything looks clean, no errors what so ever. To my end users, I am truly and deeply sorry for any pain that you are about to go through.

Is it possible to remove the red Good icon so that it is not on top of delete?

Not productive

Seriously, whats with the counter? Nothing says "gotcha" like a big number on the app with nothing in my in-box to back it up. Should be just as functional as any other mail app. Unfortunately its just a distraction until some of the fundamental bugs are worked out.

Notifications

Badge notifications for new mail are still not working. As for the review by @Wulfy the circular Good icon can be moved anywhere on the screen by holding and moving the icon.

Newest update slow.

Ever since the newest update, the app is very slow. Badge counter not always accurate. Even with my notifications turned on, Do not consistently receive audible alerts.

are you for real?! no sounds! no new mail badges! this is practically useless you feel like checking your work email 24/7 to see if you have new mail. NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

Was good, but latest updates bad

For a while, the Good app would successfully run in the background. The notifications indicator was accurate, one could login with his thumb print, and all recent messages were immediately available. For the past week or two, however, we are seeing notifications about new messages, but when going into the app, we are promoted to enter our password, no new messages are present, and refreshing doesnt download any messages - even over the course of several minutes. You can imagine how frustrating this is. Please fix right away.

New mail badge

New mail badge is not working now. Used to work ok. Please fix.

New Mail Notifications

My company is switching from the Good for Enterprise app to Good Work. This app does not update in the background like the other app does. I dont know if I have new mail, unless I go into the app. Please fix the background updates.
