BlackBerry Work App Reviews

Worst and unstable app

Have to install and activate almost every day. Would not consider it if my enterprise account would allow another way to access my mail. Frequent crashes, slow to refresh and bad interface. Stay away if you can.

Pure Garbage

Dont dare move your enterprise to this platform. Youll lose all organizational credibility as a technologist. Highly unstable. Buggy in every imaginable and unimaginable ways. Support is less than responsive.

Bad

And did they realize that their Good logo interferes every time one tries to press Reply. . frustrating. This needs to be changed.

Worst client ever

The one star reviews are fully deserved. Notifications are completely broken. Autocorrect doesnt even work. No other app Ive ever experienced has so many problems with basic functionality.

Literally the worst

Notifications fail to show up and show up for events that you dont want notifications for. Impressively bad work there. Wastes the users time by having you tap the stupid Good logo unnecessarily. Email address takes forever to show up. Do yourself a favor and forward all your email to gmail.

Cannot access photos from iphone

I have the latest good app but I cannot attach any photo from my phone. No access to photo album at all, is this a bug? Look at Privacy and there is no Good app show, uninstall and reinstalled still have the same problem. Annoying.

Nothing but crashes

The "bug fix" took care of the fatal error issue, but now app doesnt even run. Opens for a nano second and then crashes. This app has been hideous at best since day one, and how Good got IT departments on board with their service is a mystery to me, but I dont know a SINGLE user who finds help and/or an increase in productivity from being forced to use this.

Maybe the worst app out there

It crashes every time I open it. This app is a joke.

Terrible Experience

The application can barely stay open. Forget getting alerts, it keeps crashing every few seconds. It makes one log-in at least 5 times before one gets to read an email. It has newer bugs every few days. Ive been using it for about a month now, and I can safely say that this is the worst application Ive ever used.

Latest Update Unstable

Unusable. Crashes repeatedly with latest update.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!!!

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Flickers and shuts you out every 2 hours so you have to delete and reinstall over and over and over and over...

Better than Good for Ent. but crashes constantly

I like this interface for exchange email much better than Goods Lotus counterpart, Good for Enterprise. The badging and alerting notifications actually work to tell you when you get a new email or meeting. The overall UI is slightly cleaner. Beyond that, though, this app really fails to meet even the broader definitions of an enterprise level application. It crashes -constantly-. There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to it either. My guess is bad memory management. There also doesnt seem to be any grace period where you can log back in automatically without having to re-enter your pw. On GfE we had about 10-15 minutes where we could get back in without having to re-authenticate. Its hard to give much more information in my review at this point because any time I try to access another feature it tends to crash. Im on an iPhone 5S with iOS 9.1.1.

Notifications Broken

Notifications are entirely broken within this app. I either receive no notifications or my notifications repeat for two to ten minutes. I tried reinstalling multiple times and even recently started using a new iPhone, which was started from a new iOS installation, not restored from a backup. The notification issue is extremely frustrating, especially because the repetitive notifications make my Apple Watch useless and vibrate uncontrollably for up to ten minutes after receiving a single email within Good. Additionally, I do not have the option to change the mail notification sound tone with mail settings of the app.

Eh

Tasks? Tap and hold to add appointments. Multiple glitches. Back to the drawing board.

Where is the Task List Feature?

The Touch ID feature is cool and the this version works fine due to my employers excellent IT department support. However, Im really disappointed that the new version no longer supports the "Task List" feature. As such I once again had to resort to using the IOS Reminder feature on my iPhone.

Its OK, but...

Where is the spell check. That feature seems to have gone away? A bit critical when cruising through replies to tons of emails.

Good?

Probably the "Worst" app Ive ever used. Its unstable. No features. No predictability. The only thing I can count on is it not working.

Please improve

This is the worst email app, I am forced into this app from work and hate that fact. The app wont display notifications on your home screen, doesnt give an accurate account of how many emails are currently new, and every email is tagged "sent with good". To top it off now wont log in to my account and keeps constantly resetting. I need to charge Good for my wasted productivity for the day.

Far too many crashes

This app crashes way too much while performing basic tasks like reading plain text emails or navigating around my inbox. It is also very annoying to have to input my fingerprint to open the app. I just did it 1 second ago to get into my phone. Why do I have to do it again to open the app?

Where is "Mark all as read"?

How does this app still not have the "Mark all as read" function? The updates are nice but such a simple feature is still missing. Also the fingerprint password only works every other time and requires me to type the password after just a few moments.
