New mail notification not working

No new mail notification. I have to open the app to check to see if I have received anything. Please fix notifications so that they work.

Good is horrible

This app is useless. I hate that my company uses this for work email.

Separate mail app?

Would love to see a separate mail. I like to toggle between the two when I was able to use the iPhone mail and app version. And is it possible to add my personal calendar to he Good calendar or the Good calendar as a read-only to my personal calendar? Thats the suckiest part of this. I ant view my personal and professional life together in one place.

Email notifications?

I am not getting a notification of any sort when I receive an email.

0 stars

This app is THE WORST app i have ever used!

Slow and lacks functionality

Logging in is a pain. Why not include biometric login with iphone? Search capabilities are limited. Lacks alternatives for email notification, unless you create a rule for a specific subject or sender. Slow to connect and update mailbox.

Absolutely awful

I would like to be notified for all my meetings but not for every email that I receive. Unfortunately, I can be notified for both or neither. I get too many emails so I turned off notification. Unfortunately, I now miss meetings. The old Good let me set notifications for meetings but not emails. Which genius removed this feature in Good Work?

Should be called Good Enough

Unfortunately my company requires me to use this email client to check my email on mobile. It pales in comparison with Spark (which I use for my personal email) but got me my email good enough until recently. Whatever they did with the latest build completely destroyed the usefulness of notifications. I now get random notifications saying I have new mail when I don’t. I also get these notifications multiple times in a row and they are always followed by an aggregate notification of “[some number] new messages” that makes no sense. I don’t envy Good’s job at being the middleman between secure email servers and end users because I’m guessing there is a ton of security and backend work just to get the email to my phone, but right now this app is borderline unusable when I need it to be extremely reliable. Not sure how they could let a build out into the wild with such a glaring bug that basically renders this app useless.

Connectivity issues

Sometimes it goes offline. This is frustrating, because you get a notification that you received an email, including who sent it and the subject, but then when you log on to the app, it says its offline, and you cant actually read your email.

Almost there

This app mostly works well. However, after flagging mail to move into an archive folder, the user should be able to start typing the folder name to zip through the folder list. Right now, we have to scroll to the folder. Also, after searching for mail with the search window up top, we should then be able to mark multiple mails to move or delete.

Pure garbage

The worst app ever made. How are these guys getting contracts from corporations? Why does it take 5 minutes to refresh emails? Why do we get notifications and then having to waite 15 mins for it to refresh. Pure garbage

Bad Work

First of all, push notifications are now completely broken. I am taken back to 2004, where I need to manually open the app and refresh my inbox. When notifications were working I would open the app to see that the email from the notification was not in my inbox. Even though it says "updated just now", it makes you wait 30s to UP TO 3 MINUTES without any indication that its doing anything before the email finally pops in. This is terrible.

Fix the notifications!!!!

The app tile no longer shows email count, and banner notifications although per the setting show enabled do not exist. I have to open the app and refresh which takes entirely too long to see if I have any new emails. Fix this!!!!! I miss my message notification banner and vibrate!

Good is Bad

The running joke in my office is that Good is Bad. Very, very Bad. It is unreliable in terms of refreshing to get email. It doesnt even try to give you Notes or Tasks, the process for logging in with your fingerprint doesnt work 3/4 of the time (I assure you, I do not restart my iPad 30 times a day), and it is just clunky all around. I give it two stars because it is slightly better than the old Good, except for losing the ability to have tasks. It seems absurd that some of these very basic issues have not been fixed, despite years and years of complaining. It is clear that at the moment this is the only app my company will use for this purpose, but I hope dearly that someone is coming up with a better approach to secure email on the iPhone.ipad.

Terrible.

It doesnt matter how many times I open the app, the notifications are wrong. Im so disappointed and it is not productive for business.

Unstable

I have to delete and reactivate almost on a daily basis. If I didnt need the app for access to my work email, I would give up. Its a frustration widely shared among my 1000s of colleagues.
